FAQ

Common questions before you commit

Clear answers so you can move forward with confidence.

How do milestone payments work?

Payments are split across major milestones such as foundation, structure, brickwork, and finishing. You only pay when a milestone is approved.

How do we ensure a fixed timeline?

We freeze requirements early, lock procurement, and track each milestone in the execution dashboard so the timeline stays predictable.

What happens if the bank delays payment?

We build reasonable buffers into the schedule and coordinate with you to avoid work stoppages while payments clear.

Can I upgrade materials mid-way?

Upgrades are possible if they do not affect structural work. We document scope changes and update the BOQ before proceeding.

How are daily updates shared?

Updates are shared through the Archonix dashboard with date-stamped photos and notes from the site team.
